Hi everyone! 🙌🏻 School life is one of the most precious journeys in anyone’s life. I am truly proud to say that my journey at Ch/ Carmel Girls’ Central College has been unforgettable. I am proud to be a “ Carmelian”,  and my school has shaped me into who I am today. From my junior years to my senior years, I was deeply involved in many activities. One of the most special parts of my life was being a member of the dancing team. I performed all kinds of dances and proudly played the main drum of Kandyan dance, “ geta bera ,” representing my school in many All Island dancing competitions. Those moments on stage brought me confidence, discipline, and so much joy. Hi everyone! 🙌🏻 Our “CARMELITE RHYTHM 3” was a truly unforgettable experience filled with energy, passion, and talent. It was a special event where we got the chance to showcase our abilities and celebrate together. We were proud to be part of our school Old Girls’ Show , and we truly coloured the event with our performances and spirit. We spent so much time practicing, supporting each other, and preparing for this special day. All our hard work paid off when we stepped onto the stage with confidence and excitement. The cheers, the lights, and the happiness around us made every moment feel magical. Every day brought new surprises, challenges, and joys as I guided little ones through their first steps in learning. From the very first day, I was fascinated by how much impact early learning has on a child’s development. Every lesson, activity, presentation, and assignment taught me something new about nurturing young minds.  During the course, I learned not only about child development theories and teaching techniques but also about patience, creativity, and empathy. The practical sessions, where I worked directly with children, were especially memorable. She is not just a teacher to us. She is truly our second mom. From the very beginning, she has been with us not only as a teacher but also as a friend. Hello everyone! 💃🏻🙌🏻 Dance is a big part of who I am, and my dance covers are the best way I express myself. Through every performance, I bring out my emotions, energy, and love for music. Each song I choose has a meaning to me, and I try my best to show that feeling through my movements and expressions. Creating dance covers takes a lot of effort and dedication. I practice again and again to get every step right and to make my performance look smooth and beautiful. Even though it can be challenging at times, I enjoy every moment of the process because dancing makes me feel alive and confident. My dance covers are not just videos, they are memories and a reflection of my journey as a dancer. With every new cover, I learn, improve, and grow stronger. Most importantly, I love sharing my passion with others and spreading happiness through my dancing. 💃✨

Hi everyone!🙌🏻 I had a wonderful experience at JVI, a Catholic English academy that offers a two month course to improve our English and personal skills. I started this course on February 11, 2024, and successfully completed it on April 11, 2024. It is not just an English course, but a place where we learn discipline, leadership, and important values in life. Our daily routine started early in the morning with Holy Mass. After that, we had our breakfast and began our lectures. At 12 p.m, we had a short interval with tea, and then continued our lessons until 4 p.m. In the evening, we enjoyed tea and had one hour of playtime, which helped us relax and bond with our friends. After that, we had our body wash and gathered again at the chapel for the Rosary prayer. Then we had dinner, and after dinner, we had dictation practices every day, which helped us improve our spelling, writing, and overall English skills.
